San Francisco’s most handsome Portuguese Water Dog

Everyone meet Pico!

Pico might be the most handsome Portuguese Water Dog you may ever meet, with a full coat of velvety black and curly locks, combined with and his exuberant personality, you have the perfect combination to make any dog-lovers heart melt.

I first met Pico in front of the Palace of Fine Arts, the perfect place to give this handsome fella a beautiful backdrop. From a distance, I called “P-I-C-O!”, he perked up and locked eyes with my orange squeaky ball! My game of playing look here was over. I quickly learned that Pico cared about two things – BALL and WATER. I mean after all he is a water dog, right?

After a few shots, we carried on to our next location, Crissy Beach, where Pico got to be the true definition of a dog. He chased his ball, ran into the water with full excitement, then back out to dig a hole, only a dog could be proud of.

Pico put on a show for us and a hand full of tourist passing by. But the important part is, we all had a blast!
