How adorable is this family?? I couldn’t help but get excited when I saw their finished art!
Just like many dog moms, this mamma had some concerns about her two little rambunctious pups sitting still for the camera. If this thought has come across your mind, you are not alone.
Frankie, the younger of the two frenchies, had a rough start to life, but that didn’t stop his parents from loving him with all their heart. They spent a number of years correcting some of his undesired behaviors, and he has come a LONG way.
Heading to our photoshoot, I was aware that Frankie can be wary of strangers, so I came prepared. My husband and I met Frankie, his sister, Beatrice, along with Mom and Dad at Coyote Hills Regional Park. Frankie and Beatrice jumped out of the car with full excitement but we let them say Hi to us on their own terms. It didn’t take long as Frankie quickly picked up the smell of chicken in my pocket. A few nibble from me and a few from my husband, and we were instantly best buds.
So, we headed up into the hills and Frankie and Beatrice’s Hilarious Hound experience began. We stopped to pose at the hilltops edge for a view of the bay, ducked in-between trees for some shady coverage, and found an open field for the perfect family portrait. With some high value chicken and crazy noises, we mastered this shot!
Just a few short years ago and this was something Frankie would not be able to handle. So, let’s give these two proud frenchie parents a round of applause for their A + dog training!!
